*your drum and any musical instruments you like to play..rattles, guitar,  chimes, etc..we will have some extra drums but try to bring one. 

We will start with drumming and morph into a soul sound jam.

*FOOd to share for pot luck.

*layers for warmth

* folding chair if you have one..

*Curiosity and willingness to  open to a shift however you are feeling.

Drumming and sounding is an amazing way to learn to move energy and shift your mood.

In these days of intense and accelerated change it is a wonderful tool in your self healing tool kit.

Stella Davies facilitates workshops  and private lessons in sound healing, naked voice, chanting,  and drumming. She is a reiki and sound healing professional and has shared her healing sound practices widely through the U.K and europe and now the U.S and is dedicated to inspiring people through the healing power of sound and song. Elaine Alghani is an artist and shamanic wellness practitioner dedicated to bringing a sense of sacred and the wisdom of indigenous and devotional healing practices into our every day lives. Using art, sound, ceremony and prayer she specialized in helping people clear energy blocks and connect to the language of their soul in order to develop strong inner guidance, self appreciation and trust that comes from a deep connection with our soul  and the God/Goddess within. She facilitates expressive arts and shamanic art and wellness workshops , creates individual healing art pieces for clients, and holds private sessions for wellness,  soul reconnection and creative recovery at her studio in woodland hills.
